I can go to the movie theater freely now!! *Dances*

Lately, any movies with even remotely jerky camera motion make me terribly motion-sick. (offending films include: All three Bourne movies, Star Trek, Transformers 2, Taken...the list goes on) "Up" has been the only movie I've gone to recently that I've been able to watch without having to avert my eyes from the screen to prevent vomiting...it's really aggrevating. "Here, let's spend eight dollars to get into a movie that you're not going to be able to watch!" I may as well sit outside the theater and listen to it.

Anyway, my Aunt and Uncle went to see the new Harry Potter movie before we did, (we would've been at the midnight showing of it, but I was at Drum Major camp...torment) and warned my Mom that this movie was the same way. I was almost in tears...I've been looking forward to this movie for how long? And now it's going to make me sick...great. Regardless, we booked it straight from DM camp to the theater to see the movie, with our only stop in between being to a Meijers store... ...my brilliant Aunt suggested Dramamine.

I owe her my life, I can say that much. I could tell from watching the movie that it would've make me quite ill, but I was just fine! I can go see movies again!!!

Besides any of that, it was an awesome movie. Yeah, they left some things out, but I adored all of the costumes and sets, and the way it was written and all...the "more artsy side of it all," as my Mom called it when I was trying to describe what I meant to her. Definitely my favorite so far!!!



Moral of the story: If you have the same bizarre problem that I do, take Dramamine!!!!!!!!! I'm probably going to be living off of it for awhile in order to catch up on all the movies I've missed!
